32 yr old male presented to our outdoor with Hx of multiple nodules and pigmentation of skin over trunk and buttocks with hx of gradual onset of quadriparesis .
Ophalmic examination revealed bilateral iris hamartomas and MRI scan showed extramedullary tumor mass C2 to C6.
There was multiple Cafe au lait spots highest one measuring 4 cm
